There’s a lot that happens in the world of superheroes everyday, and we at Comic Hero News don’t have the ability to write up a full story about everything, as much as we’d like to. So, we bring you Speeding Bullets – for all of those pieces of news that are fired our way that are worth noticing, but don’t merit a full story in their own right.
- Marvel’s Super Hero Squad Show looks to be the cutest take on superheroes since, well, ever. But which Marvel heroes and villains are going to be featured in the new cartoon? There’s an entire character list on Marvel.com. Click on the picture of the awesomely cute Doctor Doom to see the full set of pictures.
- Shack News got their hands on a memo from SEGA to Sony Entertainment, which has some interesting notes about upcoming superhero game tie-ins. Among these are the news about IRONMAN2, which is expected, some news about some DC Digital titles, which is a little less expected, and a discussion about a Thor tie-in, which hadn’t yet been announced at all.
- Word comes from The Hollywood Reporter that DreamWorks is looking to adapt the Devil’s Due comic Xombie to film. Xombie was created by James Farr, and focuses on a zombie cop named Dirge who is trying to protect humanity from the other zombies. Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci (Transformers, Star Trek) are in talks to produce.
