It’s Flamebird Vs. Supergirl in Action Comics 881!

With “Codename: Patriot” ending, Supergirl and Flamebird found themselves at odds, and so that seems like the perfect place to pick up with the next Superman-family crossover “The Search for Reactron”. The story is going to flow between Action Comics and Supergirl, and is co-written by Sterling Gates and Greg Rucka.

Why am I mentioning all of this? Well, because we have preview pages available from this week’s upcoming Action Comics 881, which kicks the storyline off with some beautiful Pere Perez artwork, thanks to DC Universe: The Source.

Oh, that isn’t enough for you? Fine, be that way. How about some CAFU illustrated pages of the Captain Atom co-feature from Action Comics? Greg Rucka and James Robinson take you inside the mind of the Man of the Atom, and if you’re not impressed then I don’t know what will impress you.
