As excited as I originally was for the Red Circle books, I was somewhat disappointed with the origin story issues. But now that we have the origin out of the way, the books are starting off with a bang – as we see in this preview for The Shield 1, from the team of Eric Trautmann and Marco Rudy.
In this first issue, The Shield goes into the nation of Bialya. You know, the country that was devastated by Black Adam in the pages of 52? Strange happenings are occurring – outside of simple militia activity. And if that wasn’t enough reason to grab this book, Brandon Jerwa and Greg Scott give us an Inferno back-up feature.
