Deadman Bursts From the Pages of Wednesday Comics!

Last week the first issue of Wednesday Comics hit comic book stands, and the reaction from critics and fans has been overwhelmingly positive. It should therefore come as no surprise that DC comics is, thanks to the DC Universe: The Source blog, giving us a preview of this week’s issue of Wednesday Comics.

  1. Originally I had a problem with the $3.99 price but then someone pointed out a daily copy of the New York Times is $2 and small time local papers are even $1 per day. To get just the “funny pages” in full color, $3.99 turns out to be an ok deal.

    I love the idea of the format but I’m really annoyed that it does not fold up and fit into a current size bag & board.

    The premier issue was really good and the Wonder Woman story stood out, but it was just so damn hard to read! You need to have super vision in order to decipher the font which kind of ruined one of the most beautifully done pages of the collection.
